For any of you that know Coach Showalter, you know that not far behind his LOVE of basketball is his LOVE of eating. Tuesday night after the ballgame we went to La Parrilla a Mexican restaurant. (I mention Mexican because the night before we ate at an Argentina steak house. See pictures of the steak and dessert on an earlier posting.) Appetizers at La Parrilla included the usual chips, many salsa types, chicken wings, and a variety of nachos. Coach Show ordered fajatias supreme and Coach Jones order the Mexican plate intended for two people. Desserts ranged from creme brulle, chocolate mousse, milk cake, and chocolate cake. YUM! and stuffed! I forgot to mention that Trainer Dan sang along with the musicians!
